This is the public notebook: writing first, projects as they become real, and enough structure to keep the archive useful.
The site is intentionally small. It should load quickly, stay readable, and leave room for a CMS without making the front end heavier than the writing.
For now, the center of gravity is the writing archive. The project list is a map of possible directions, not a promise to build all of them.
